Cross out the odd one out: a new worksheet with the pictures of one category and one odd one out taken from your list. Categories: every word of the themes now has one, and each category keeps the same colour on every resource. Circle the category: the worksheet mixes the pictures of several categories of your list. Left column: the categories unfold with their words. At the top, the “Words” and “Categories” buttons switch the view. Cut: rounded pieces are also cut edge to edge, and the “Gap: Yes” setting sets them apart to cut each piece in a single turn of the scissors. Labels: no line around new labels any more. The sentence factory: the cards print in normal size by default. Contact: the form no longer shows the technical information attached to your message. Website documentation: one page per topic and a search. Start from criteria…: the words chosen gave their name to the resource.

Game pieces: the pieces of the memory game, the bingo, the dominoes and the syllable puzzles move to 6 cm. With the “Cut: Straight” setting, they touch, with a single dotted line between two. Games with the cards: the “Another activity” button in full screen now gathers the games played with the cards alone. In Format, the “Games with the cards” row adds their rules to the PDF. Printing: after a PDF of the cards, the PDF button gains the “The new cards” and “The whole resource” options. A yellow dot marks the words not yet printed. Sorting cards: the Sorting boxes become the “Sorting cards” and sort by category. Each category gains a card with its name on a band of its colour. The sentence factory: the deck now comes from the words and sentences of the file, and Format shows it box by box. The little words gain a full card with their ARASAAC pictogram. Write your sentence: the worksheet leaves the “Create a resource” window and its board moves to “The sentence factory”. In the factory, the “Punctuation” chip replaces the “Capital letter and full stop” set. The sentence factory: the screen froze for several seconds after every change, the card of a verb followed by words repeated those words and a noun like “élève” had no “l'” card. Themes: the themes move to ten ready sentences, in the present, the past and the future. The “Start from a theme…” button writes six of them and the “Ready sentences” section keeps the others. Themes: in 35 themes, the adjectives gain their opposite when it makes sense, like “clean” and “dirty” on the farm. Categories: the categories take the name of what their words are, such as “Food” instead of “What we eat” or “Qualities” instead of “What is it like?”. Word window: the “Semantics” part returns under “Categories”. Its “Expression” row marks words such as “to be hungry” or “goodbye”, and the bar under the list counts them.

Themes: the themes of the “Start from a theme…” button grow to up to 30 words, and each verb finds there the words of a sentence to lay with the cards of the factory. The sentence factory: “Cards to make sentences” becomes “The sentence factory”. Its cards follow one another on a single grid, and the words without a picture fit on half cards. Card sets: in the factory, nouns and adjectives split into two sets. The “To be and to have” set gives “is” and “has”, the “Capital letter and full stop” set starts and ends the sentence. Marker: in “The sentence factory”, the new “Marker: Band” setting tints the band of the word with the colour of its part of speech. A new factory applies it by default. On the back: in “The sentence factory”, the “On the back” row gains the “The set” option. The name of the set prints behind the cards, to put them away after the game. Sentences page: in “The sentence factory”, the new “Sentences page” row ends the PDF with the sentences of the file built with the cards, as a model for a workshop. Build a sentence: on screen, the cards move into one tab per set. Under the “Settings” button, the “Make the sentence again” option reads a sentence of the file that the pupil lays again with the cards. Write your sentence: a new worksheet to glue or draw the sentence built with the cards, then write it on the exercise book ruling. It is in the “Write sentences” step. Sentences: a sentence resource added to a file now starts with ready sentences that contain its words. “The sentence factory” ticks the sets needed to build them. Sentence words: in “Copy the sentence” and “Sentence models to glue”, the nouns, verbs and adjectives of the sentences join the words of the file. A bingo of the file receives them. Sentences: in a typed sentence, “l'ananas” or “d'eau” stayed one word, without the picture of the noun.

Create a resource: the window now sorts the resources into two paths of four steps, under the “Speaking” and “Writing” tabs. A colour chip keeps the resources of one family. Top bar: a new button beside the name of the resource shows the steps in columns, one card per resource of the file. The “Add a resource” button opens the choice on the step. Create a resource: “Sentence list”, “Sentence flip book” and the four worksheets of the “Observe and count” group leave the window. A resource already made with one of them still opens. Resource names: the worksheets take the pupil's instruction as their name, like “Count the syllables”, and three on-screen activities become “Kim's game”, “Word sprint” and “Type the word”. The sentence factory: the words of the resource become sets of cards, with their determiners and their conjugated verbs. On screen, the pupil touches the cards to make a sentence, which the voice reads. Sentences: in a sentence resource, the sentences move to the top of the left column. The “Verb form” row chooses the tense, and the person follows the subject. Sentences: in the French sentence “la feuille tombe”, the verb took the card of the noun “tombe” (grave) and its picture. Syllable puzzles: in the “Write the word” step, a new square puzzle per word, cut into one strip per syllable, which the pupil puts back in order. A double consonant is shared between two syllables. Games: in Format of the games, the new “Said while playing” row chooses the sentence the pupil says while playing. The bingo on screen writes it under the drawn picture. Verbs: the “Conjugated” option of the cards and games is withdrawn, and the resources that used it write the infinitive. A verb is conjugated in a sentence, with its subject.

Shared list: in a “Word list”, the new “Make it a shared list” button makes it common to your team, by link or QR code. Everyone joins it without an account. Shared list: a resource made from a shared list now follows it. When the list changes, its word column shows the added or removed words, and you take them or not. Cards: in Format, the new “On the back” row writes the word or the translation behind the cards, on a page printed on both sides. The pupil names the picture, turns the card over and checks. Determiner: in Format, the “Determiner” row replaces the “Article” row and adds “my” and “this”. The “Conjugated” option writes the verbs there with the pronoun of their picture. Cut: the game pieces, the clothespin cards and the sentence cards gain the choice of rounded or straight corners in the Style panel, like the cards. Translations: the translation of a word now follows the picture it shows in the resource. In Spanish, “dur” with a pebble gives “duro”, and with the drawing of “difficile”, “difícil”. Contact: the “Your feedback” button becomes “Contact”. You write your message freely there, without choosing a category, and give your email to receive an answer. Backup: the backup did not always restore the changed words of the lexicon or the recordings as you had left them, and it left out the groups of Settings › My groups. Automatic saving: a change made in a resource just before opening another one was not always saved. Languages: moving the words of a resource into another language, then back, could change some words, such as “toucher” turned into “palper” on the way back.

Start from criteria…: in the window, under the “Full lexicon” chip, you now tick the graphemes already studied, and Lexikit keeps the illustrated words that can be read with them alone. Start from criteria…: in the window, the new “Spelling” menu keeps the transparent words, which are written with no double consonant and no silent letter. Themes: the themes of the “Start from a theme…” button gain verbs, adjectives and sometimes an expression, like “enjoy your meal!” in the canteen. Resources already made do not change.

Word models to glue: new strips to cut out and glue, with the words on the exercise book ruling, at their true size, one strip per pupil. “Sentence models to glue” does the same. Ruling: the menu gains the “Seyès 4 mm” and “Seyès 3 mm double line” options. In English, it shows the four lines of English exercise books, and in Spanish the Montessori pauta. Ruling: the 1 cm lines become 7 mm lines, where a short sentence fits in portrait. The “Writing line: Reinforced” setting becomes “Interlines: In colour”. Copy in another writing style: in French, the worksheet now has the pupil copy in cursive a model in capitals or print. The “No lines” ruling serves the first copies. Cards: for a class that does not read yet, “Cards”, “Picture dictionary to bind” and “Words to review at home” gain the choice of the picture alone, without the word. PDF: the games gain a rule card with the sentences to say, at the end of the PDF. The worksheets gain the “Before the worksheet” page, which is added in Settings › Display. Left column: under the word list, a new colour bar shows the share of nouns, verbs, adjectives, grammatical words and expressions. A click gives their number. Assessment grid: the grid moves to three dated columns, “I show”, “I name” and “I say a sentence”. Goose game: a mistake no longer moves the counter back on the board, unless you choose it. Clothespin cards: the “Last letter” and “Missing letter” exercises leave the resource, which opens on “First letter”. The missing syllable worksheet also leaves the list of worksheets. Circle the first letter: the worksheet and “Clothespin cards” showed the most frequent letter of the list almost everywhere, like the C on every line for a list about the farm.

Word window: nouns gain their plural, which you can correct, and adjectives their feminine, like “verte” and “vertes”. A picture of the word can become the one of the plural or the feminine. Plural: in a sentence, “apples” now takes the card of “apple” with its plural picture. The new “Word form” row puts a word in the plural for a single resource. Write the word on the lines: the worksheet and “Copy the sentence” move to the rulings of the other handwriting worksheets, at their true size. The measurements are exact when printed at 100 %. Writing size: the setting leaves “Write the word on the lines” and “Copy the sentence”, where the ruling sets the size of the model. The large squares become a Seyès ruling without vertical lines. Word handwriting: the word moves to a single line, with no box per letter, in “Write the word on the lines”, “Count the letters”, “Type the word” and “Words to rebuild”. Ruling: on a Seyès ruling, the new “Writing line: Reinforced” setting darkens the line where the pupil writes and colours the height of the small letters, like the Gurvan ruling. Fonts: Luciole, a font designed for low vision, is added in Settings › Fonts for capitals and print. Cut: the game pieces and the clothespin cards lose their coloured line, and a fine dotted line shows where to cut. In Style, the “Outline: Line” setting puts the colour back. Instructions: the pictograms of the instructions now show a hand holding the pencil properly, between thumb and index finger. These words also have a picture for left-handers. Lexicon: the French card “fraises” showed dentist's drill bits, and the card “billets” showed banknotes.

Conjugation: the word window also conjugates in the passé composé, and the “Verb form” row chooses between il, elle and on. English gains the present continuous, Spanish the pretérito perfecto. Sentences: “il a mangé” or “il n'a pas mangé” now fit on a single card, with the picture of the verb. Verbs like “s'en aller” or “il y a” are also conjugated. Conjugation: the verb dictionary gave wrong or rare forms, as for “il se tait” or “je m'assieds”, and took words like “coucher de soleil” for verbs. Lexicon: more than 300 words of the lexicon were misspelt on their card, like “gâteau” or “hôpital”. Report: the new “Create a resource with these words” button, under the report of a pupil or of the whole group, makes a resource of the words missed last time. Home: the empty home screen and the themes window now show the themes chosen most in the last seven days. After the first resource, they stay at the top of the home screen. Cards: the “Written word” row gets the “None” option back, which gives cards without a word, where the picture alone takes the whole card. Write the word on the lines: the worksheet gains the orientation and one to five copy lines per word. With “Copy the sentence”, it starts from the handwriting and ruling of Settings › Display. Independent mode: “Write the word on the lines” and “Copy the sentence” could not be played in “Independent mode”, and the copies did not count in the pupil's report. Worksheets: the pictures of “Link the picture to the word” take the same size, and the instruction of “Copy in another writing style” names the expected writing.

Start from criteria…: next to the “Start from a theme…” button, a new button chooses the words by their graphemes, their syllables or the letters to write, in French, English or Spanish. Graphemes: “ch” in French, “th” in English or “ñ” in Spanish now each have a selection of about twenty illustrated words. You untick words before adding them. Syllables: in French, words are also searched by their first syllable, their last syllable or their number of syllables, in the window of the “Start from criteria…” button. Letters to write: a new criterion sorts French letters into 11 groups that separate capitals, print and cursive joins. Words are chosen by the handwriting gesture to learn. Full lexicon: the results of the chip now follow the filters at once. Criteria combine with the number of syllables, the word length or chosen letters.

Conjugation: the window of a verb gains its conjugation in French, English or Spanish. You choose the tense and the person, correct a form or complete an unknown verb. Sentences: in sentences, a form such as “mangeons” finds the verb “manger” and its pictures. When several verbs are possible, you choose the right one in the word window. Sentences: in the sentence column, the arrows of a word now merge it with its left or right neighbour, and the merged word keeps its picture. Copy the sentence: the writing size, the orientation and the number of copy lines per sentence become adjustable. Sentences are edited on the worksheet itself. Full screen: on screen, “Write the word on the lines” and “Copy the sentence” now show the model on a ruling, for copying in the notebook or on the slate. Lexikit Script: capitals and print are written by default in this new font, which takes the letters of Lexend with the spaces between words enlarged by 50%. Lexikit Cursive: cursive is written by default in this new font, which pairs the lowercase of Passerelle with the cursive capitals of Marelle 1. Fonts: every resource follows Settings › Fonts, including those already saved. The panel gains a menu per writing style and a test text, and Passerelle can also be chosen there for capitals. Fonts: letter spacing and line spacing leave Settings › Fonts. Lexikit Script already enlarges the spaces between words, and resources each have their own line spacing. Ruling: the ruling changed thickness with the zoom and clipped the loops and descenders of letters.

Themes: the “Add a theme” window gains summer, the birthday, Pancake day and Chinese New Year, with their six ready sentences. Themes: a new group of themes is for adults learning French, with emergencies, the bank or looking for a job. Themes of the moment: taste is added in October, music in June and the mountains in January and February. On the home screen, a short moment comes before the season, like Halloween before autumn. Christmas: Santa's reindeer had the picture of an elk, and its card read “enne du Père Noël”. Site: the home page of the website becomes a page of a squared notebook, with five games to try and the audiences of Lexikit, from children to adults. Site: shapes, strokes and patterns, the alphabet and the four new themes of the year each gain a page on the website, with the picture dictionary, the bingo and the memory game as PDF. Settings: the “My class” panel takes the name “My groups” and the “Pupil mode” button that of “Independent mode”. The list of pupils becomes a list of first names. Privacy: the anonymous usage measure also counts the words of a resource the first time it is used, without first names, and lexicon searches that found nothing.

Say the word: in this new activity, the pupil says the name of the picture into the microphone and the device listens without sending anything. A misheard word makes it say “I didn't hear you well”, never “no”. Full screen: every resource gains its own screen, which follows its use in class. Resources play on the board with the class, or by one pupil alone in “Pupil mode”. Pupil mode: in full screen, the button prepares a routine of the resource's activities that the pupil does alone. The pupil touches their first name to start, and their answers go into their report. Another activity: in full screen, this new button switches to another activity with the same words, and “Settings” opens the settings of the current activity without leaving the screen. Settings: in the “My class” panel, first names are written one per line, and the new “Create a resource with these first names” button makes them the words of a resource. Word window: the window no longer has tabs. Opened from a resource, the left column shows what this resource prints, the right column corrects the word for every resource. Word window: for cards, a bingo or a memory game, the “Article” row now chooses the article of that word only. Mass nouns take “du” or “de la”, like “du lait”. Themes: “Flat shapes”, “Strokes and patterns” and “Solids” replace the shapes theme in “Start from a theme…”. A theme “The alphabet” is added, with the 26 letters and the picture of their capital. Lynx: the cells of the board become square, the same size and turned without overlapping. Labels take the size of the cells, and the “Difficulty” setting chooses the tilt of the cells. Opposites: pairings with opposites leave the “Memory game” and “Dominoes”. A resource already made with opposites still works. Voice: on iPhone and iPad, Lexikit read everything with the MBROLA synthetic voice instead of the voice chosen in Settings › Accessibility › Spoken Content.

Lynx: a new game with an A4 board of scattered words and labels to draw. The first pupil to touch the picture on the board covers it with the label. Lexicon: the French lexicon receives 366 words and 160 pictures published by ARASAAC since January 2025, the English and Spanish lexicons about fifty each. Your resources keep their words and pictures. Word window: a photo from your computer is dropped onto the window and becomes the word's picture in every resource, or onto the “In this resource” part for this resource only. Word window: the voice now says the syllables of the “Syllables” part, and the word keeps a single split. The voice of the syllables is set in Settings › Voice. Voice: in Settings › Voice, the speed, the pitch and the pause between syllables are now chosen in words from menus, from “Slow” to “Fast”. Instructions: every on-screen activity writes its instruction at the top and says it at the start when the voice is on, including those that had none. Settings: every panel moves to one line per setting, the explanation on the left and the choice on the right. The backup, the archives and the trash gather in the “Data” panel. Settings: in “My words and the lexicon”, the new “Follow all” button makes all your words that are also in the lexicon follow it. They keep what you had written. Full screen: the bubble that invited the class to say a sentence after a right answer disappears from on-screen activities. The “Sentence” rule of the “Goose game” stays. Voice: when the device had no voice in a word's language, reading aloud waited a second and a half at every word before switching to MBROLA. Loading: when the icons file or the lexicon did not arrive at the first try, the page stayed without icons or pictures until a refresh.

Voice: Settings › Voice sets two voices, the device's for “Words, sentences and instructions” and the MBROLA synthetic voice for “Syllables and phonemes”. MBROLA works in the browser, with no account. Languages: words, translations and instructions are now read by a voice of their own language. Instructions follow the language chosen by the resource. Word window: the window gains the word's pronunciation, taken from Wiktionary. Its syllables can be heard one by one, or in sequence with the “Play all” button. Recordings: the new “My recordings” part keeps your voice for the whole word or a syllable, recorded or imported from a file. Your voice comes before any synthetic voice. Phonemes: the new “Manage phonemes” window, opened from Settings › Voice, gathers the phonemes and syllables of each language. A sound can be heard there and recorded with your voice. Syllables: Spanish words are now divided into syllables by the rules of Spanish, with the division published by the Spanish Wiktionary. Full screen: on screen, the syllables did not appear when the voice said them, and the voice went on after the activity was closed.

Home: the “Sync the words” button leaves the home screen. Your words follow the lexicon at every version, and Settings › My words and the lexicon keeps your changes. Launch: an activity launched from the home screen let the resource be seen opening behind it, and the browser's “Back” button reopened the resource instead of the home screen. Privacy: the usage measure also notes the country, the region and the city, and the kind of device. Lexikit keeps no identifier, no IP address and none of your words. My picture dictionary: on screen, the picture dictionary now says the syllables with the sound they have in the word, without spelling them out like an acronym. Syllables: vowel letters that make one sound were split into two syllables, as in “accueil” or “cookie”. Sorting boxes: on screen, the name of each box showed twice, one writing across the other.

Follow-up: a new family, with its colour in the “Create a resource” window and on the home screen. It gathers the assessment grid, the picture dictation, the picture dictionary and the words of the week. Sorting boxes: a new cut-out resource brings together sorting by category and sorting by part of speech. Words are also sorted there by number of syllables or by first letter. Hands-on materials: “Words to rebuild” and “Patterns to continue” become cut-out materials, with boards and their pieces. The pupil checks alone with the answer printed on the back. Format: at the bottom of the panel, the new “Resource” section adds to the PDF a box to cut out and fold to store the resource, with assembly instructions in four steps. Display: the new Settings › Display panel sets for every resource the handwriting, the ruling, the instructions, the first name, the date and the answer key of worksheets. The answer key prints in red ink. Word window: in the preview of every resource, a click on a picture or a word now opens its window. You change its picture for this resource there. Opposites and synonyms: resources of opposites or synonyms no longer use words without that link. The left column shows the words left aside. Cut: in the Style panel, the “Cut” part chooses straight or rounded corners. Cut lines become thin, with a single line between two pieces. Create a resource: several worksheets and games leave the window. Resources that used them open in their replacement, like logical sequences in “Patterns to continue”. Lexicon: 392 words of the lexicon had a wrong part of speech, and a word that already has its determiner, like “sept heures”, also received an article.

Full screen: the “Launch” button opens every resource full screen, worksheets included, with their settings. The “Another activity” button moves on to another one with the same words. Pupil mode: in this new mode, the pupil plays alone on a tablet or at the board, with their first name and a level from one to three stars. Their results stay on this device only. Word sprint: in this new on-screen activity, the class names as many words as possible before time runs out, and each word said is revealed on the board. Sentences: sentences become a family of resources, like words. Written once, they give word cards to cut out, “Put the words in order” and “Copy the sentence”. Worksheets: two groups are added, “Understand the meaning of words” and “Understand how words are formed”. Six other worksheets have pupils read and name the words, such as “Circle the article”. Happy Families: a new game where the families follow the categories of your list, with four or six cards per family and nine cards per page. Trace the word: the worksheet is withdrawn, with its grey model. Your “Trace the word” worksheets open in “Write the word on the lines”, on the same ruling. Handwriting: a single “Handwriting” row now chooses capitals, print or cursive in every resource, capitals by default. On worksheets, the ruling follows the chosen handwriting. Word window: it also shows the word's part of speech, gender and syllables, to correct when needed. The split follows speech, without the final silent e, and “table” has one syllable. Printing: in a resource that shares its words with others, the “PDF” button now asks whether to print this resource, the whole file or one PDF per resource in a ZIP.

Categories: the words of the lexicon are now sorted into 86 categories, such as farm animals. In the “Categories” window, you create your own and correct Lexikit's. Tags: the “Manage tags” window is withdrawn along with your tags. A category of your own, with a name and a picture, replaces them. Lexicon: the filters, the list and the word window show the categories in place of tags. In the search, the # sign followed by a name picks a category. Worksheets: the “Sort into categories” group is added with four worksheets, including “Circle the category”. When the list has only one category, the odd ones out come from your other resources, then from the themes. Interactive activities: two new activities have pupils sort by category. In “Odd one out”, the pupil touches the picture that is not in the category, and in “Which category?”, the box the picture goes in. Cards: a new “Category cards” option adds a page with one card per category, its picture and its name. Pupils sort the word cards under them. Picture dictionary to bind: a new worksheet that prints a book to staple, one picture and its word per page. The chapters follow the categories, and the picture is in colour or to colour in. Instruction: the “Instruction pictograms” option becomes “Instruction at the top” on worksheets. Set to “No”, it removes the whole instruction band, its text and its pictograms. Browser: the Back and Forward buttons now move from one page of Lexikit to another, from the home screen to a resource or to the lexicon. The Back gesture of a tablet does the same. Bingo: on the boards, long words wrapped onto two lines or were cut off with an ellipsis.

Another device: the new “Send to another device” button, in Settings › Data, creates a link with your resources, words and settings. Opened on the other device, it adds them without replacing anything. Trash: a deleted resource or folder now stays 30 days in the trash, at the bottom of the list of resources. The “Restore” button puts it back in its place. Backup: when your last backup is more than a month old, a reminder appears on the home screen with the “Back up” button. Settings › Data shows its date. Backup: an imported backup brought in only one of several resources with the same type and the same name, such as several “Untitled” bingos. Home: your resources become a list, “My resources”, where each row says the type of the resource when its name does not. Shift + click ticks several resources at once. My resources: from eight resources on, a “Filter” field appears at the top of the list and finds a resource by its name, its type or its folder. Themes: three themes of the season show on the home screen before your first resource and open a resource with their words. In “Start from a theme…”, those of the season move to the top. Bingo: the “Boards” setting replaces “Repetition” and sets the number of boards, up to 30. Each word comes back as many times as the others, give or take one. Printing: a new “Black and white: Yes” setting outputs the resource in greyscale for the photocopier. The preview already shows it in grey. Browser: your resources and words gain far more room in the browser. Without a network, the pictograms already shown and the fonts stay available, and the class can print.

Export the file: in the “Share” window and in the file's menu on the home screen, this new button saves all the resources of a file at once, with their pictures and sounds. Sharing: the “Share” window now shows side by side the link, which carries the words and settings, and the file, which also carries your pictures and sounds. Shared link: the window that opens with a shared link appeared twice and showed a project, often the wrong one, in place of your folders. Languages: opened from a messaging app, a shared link could show Lexikit in English, and the “Open the app” button of the site could switch it to the language of the page. Home: a resource with a name but no word yet was not saved and was missing from the list on the home screen. Opening a resource: when a resource could not open, the whole app stayed on a blank page.

File: a file now brings together several resources that share the same words, and a word added or removed applies to all of them. The button next to the name adds one. Sharing: the share link now carries the whole file, or only the open resource. In a messaging app, it shows the name of the resource and its first words, never the first names. Printing: on the home screen, the ticked resources print together with the “PDF” button, and a folder's menu gains “Download all PDFs”. The ZIP also brings them together in a single PDF. Top bar: it keeps the name of the resource, the “Launch” and “PDF” buttons, and those to share and add a word. Feedback, help and settings move into the ⋮ menu. Home: resources gain a dot in the colour of their family, and the row of a file shows those of its resources. Folders: confirming a folder's new name with the Enter key showed the message “An unexpected error occurred”. Memory game: the “Download PDF” choice, in the menu of a memory game on the home screen, asked you to select words. Site: on lexikit.app, the “Help” page becomes “Documentation”. On the “Support” page, the donation button moves first, with a free amount. Support: a new window says thank you after a donation and invites you to share Lexikit. After the fifth PDF, the “PDF downloaded” message suggests a donation, at most once a month. Privacy: a count of the PDFs made is added, with their resource type and language, with no identifier and no IP address kept. The “Privacy” page details it.

Folders: the “New folder” button and the name field stretched into a long white bar across the whole row. Right column: the track of the “Size” slider and that of the switches were white on the white sheet. Grid: the grid in the app's background was paler than the one on the site's pages.

Appearance: Lexikit takes on the look of a squared exercise book, with buttons like stickers and the yellow highlighter as its only accent. A dark theme can be chosen in Settings › General › Theme. Languages: Lexikit now shows in French, English, German or Spanish, as chosen in Settings › Language. The words of a resource can be written in about thirty languages, and a second one adds their translation. Help: a new help guide describes Lexikit, with small animations. It opens from the “?” button in the top bar or the F1 key, and can also be read on lexikit.app. Sharing: the new “Share” button sends a resource by a link or a QR code, which opens with no account. The full export also keeps your pictures, sounds and fonts. Default settings: a new bookmark, at the top of a resource's settings, keeps them for the next resources of the same type. The “Back to Lexikit's settings” button forgets them. Fonts: your school's font can be imported in Settings › Fonts and become the cursive or the print of every resource. Belle Allure and Andika join the choice. Word window: the new “Letters to colour” option colours the letters you click, such as the sound being studied or a silent letter. They print on the cards, the bingo and the memory game. Printing: the new “Decorated back” option prints the back of the pieces to cut out, double sided on the long edge. The back of a clothespin card marks the right answer with a dot. Ruling: the handwriting worksheets, such as “Write the word on the lines”, move to real rulings at actual size, Seyès of 3, 2.5 or 2 mm, with double or single lines. Site: Lexikit and all its resources now have their page on lexikit.app. The site sorts 22 ready to print themes by season, which the “Customise” button opens filled in Lexikit. Keyboard: closing a list of choices with the Esc key emptied all the words of the open resource.

Contact: the new “Your feedback” icon sends a bug, an idea or a question in two clicks. The message leaves with the useful context, never with the content of your resources. Release notes: the release notes are now announced on the home screen with each new version. The “Release notes” window also opens from the footer and Settings › About. Choose a resource: the window gains a condensed view for those who already know the resources, and its icons take the colour of their family.

Interactive activities: nine activities to show on the board are added, including “Hidden picture” and “Mystery word”. The bingo, the memory game and the goose game can also be played on screen. Voice: Lexikit now reads the words with the device's voice, set in Settings › Voice. You can also record your own voice word by word, and a sound for each picture. Themes: the new “Start from a theme…” button fills an empty resource in one click. The themes come from nursery school vocabulary lists, such as the classroom, animals or clothes. Word list: a new resource to jot down words before choosing the game. The “Choose a resource” button converts it and keeps the words. Cards: the resource also prints nomenclature cards, a new layout to choose in its settings. Installation: Lexikit now installs like an app on the computer or the tablet and opens even without a connection. Support: the button becomes visible everywhere and explains why to support Lexikit. It shows the real number of people who support it, without the amounts. Phonology worksheets: the “Starts like…”, “Rhymes” and “Where do you hear…?” worksheets are withdrawn, because they risked too many errors on the sounds. The “Count the syllables” worksheet stays.

Resources: six new resources print from your words, “Dobble”, “Dominoes”, “Puzzles”, “Clothespin cards”, “Goose game” and “Labels”. Worksheets: 23 new exercise worksheets share one template, in five families such as handwriting or phonology. The former “Assessment” and “Handwriting” resources become worksheets when opened. Words: the same word can now appear several times in a resource, like two Léa in the class. Proper nouns keep their capital letter whatever the writing style. Choose a resource: the window gathers all the resources in a single list, with a search bar, instead of the menus by type. Syllables: the syllable editor now splits the word automatically, and each syllable gets its colour in the lexicon and on the resources. Lexicon: the grid and the list no longer select separately. One click selects a word in both, and the “Edit” button edits it.

Sentences: several words selected in a sentence now merge into a single card, and a double click on that card splits it again. Sentences: in the resource, empty cards that were no longer used by any sentence cluttered the selection. Export: a new “Export as ZIP” choice saves a resource with its words and pictures, and “Import a resource (.zip)” restores it on another computer. Pictures: picture search from the lexicon did not search by the start of the word and missed the pictures of words already customised.

Storage space is shown in MB. Import: a single file picker now imports pictures, ZIP files, word lists and JSON backup files. Welcome: a new slide of the introduction explains that everything stays in your browser. The tutorial gains steps to rename a resource, change its type and save it. Fonts: cursive on resources switches to Borel FR Trad, and Belle Allure CE joins the cursive fonts available. Folders: a new “+” button on a folder creates a resource in it, with its type and the source of its words. The resources of one folder now share their words. Folders: folders are now sorted alphabetically. A folder is created from an empty card, and a single click on its name renames it. Resource types: “Bingo”, “Memory game” and “Cards” gain drawn icons, and a new menu in the top bar changes the type of the open resource. Lexicon: tag search with “#” gives suggestions. Bingo: cards to cut out join the boards, with the written word or its picture, to draw the words during the game. Memory game: the cards take a subtle border by default, and the draw board only prints if you turn it on. Tags: tag names lose the “#” in front. Keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Z now undoes any action, anywhere in Lexikit, and Ctrl+Y redoes the last undone action. Resources: a resource's panels become foldable and the preview zooms on its own.
