Lexikit has no user accounts: your words, your pictures and your resources stay in your browser.

Your data

Your projects, words, pictures and recordings are stored on your device, in your browser's storage.
They are not sent to any server.
To back them up or switch devices, export them to a file from the app.
To erase everything: use the app's settings, or clear the site's data in your browser.

No cookies, no visitor statistics

Lexikit uses no cookies, no advertising tools and no audience measurement. Like any host, Cloudflare, which serves the site, processes visitors' IP addresses to send them the pages.

External services

These presentation pages call on no external service.

In the app, your browser downloads the pictograms from ARASAAC's servers, the fonts from Google Fonts (and jsDelivr for OpenDyslexic) and the PDF capture tool from unpkg.com. A picture search queries Wikimedia Commons. As with any web page, these services receive your device's IP address and the names of the files requested (for example the pictograms shown).

Messages and donations

The “Your feedback” form sends your message by email with useful context (the open screen, the browser), never the content of your resources. Donations go through Stripe, which processes the payment: Lexikit never sees your bank details.
