The sentence factory in straight cuts
The cards of The sentence factory all have the same size and are cut out in straight lines.
The cards of The sentence factory now all have the same size. The page is therefore cut in straight lines, with a guillotine or with scissors.
Each kind of word starts its own sheet, and even little words such as “the” or “in” have their pictogram. The free places on the last page get blank cards to draw on.
On each card, the colour of the band gives the part of speech. Printed in black and white, the colour gives way to a shape, a circle for the verb for example, so that the marker stays readable on a photocopy.
