Dobble, dominoes, puzzles and the goose game

Six games print from your words: a Dobble-style game, dominoes, puzzles, clothespin cards, a goose game and labels.

Six resources now make games with the words of the week: a Dobble-style game, dominoes, puzzles of 2 to 16 pieces, clothespin cards, a goose game with its fold-up die, and labels.

The mathematics of Dobble

In Dobble, any two cards always have exactly one picture in common. This property comes from a geometric figure, the finite projective plane. With three pictures per card, you can make seven cards. With four pictures, 13 cards. With six, 31. With eight, 57. Lexikit builds this plane, places your pictures in it, then lays them out on each card without them touching.

One word, several games

The games work on the words each in their own way. Dobble asks the child to name fast. Dominoes make the child look for the picture that goes next. The puzzle has the child rebuild a picture and talk about its parts. Clothespin cards have the child choose the right answer with a clothespin. The pinching movement also exercises the fingers before writing.

Each game is set and printed with the same words and the same pictures.
