Checking every word and every picture
A pupil learns a mistake as well as a right word: the words and pictures of Lexikit are checked one by one.
A pupil who sees a mirror under the word “glace” (ice cream, but also mirror) learns a wrong meaning as well as a right one. The words and pictures of Lexikit are checked one by one, with a goal of zero errors.
A word often has several pictograms, and the first is not always the clearest: “seau” (bucket) showed a bin. So the themes are checked picture by picture, and each picture carries the word the pupil expects, such as “sheep”.
For families, synonyms and parts of speech, two sources are cross-checked, Lexique 3.83 and Wiktionary. A word on which they disagree is left out. Any remaining mistake can be reported in “Contact”.
