Words to rebuild and patterns to continue
Two resources join the hands-on materials: boards to rebuild the words, and picture patterns to continue.
The “Hands-on materials” family gains two resources. Both follow the same principle: a board, pieces to cut out and a box to keep them in.
Words to rebuild
Each word has its board, with its picture and a space for each letter or syllable. The pieces are cut out, mixed up and put back in order. The model can stay visible for the youngest, or be hidden. Since 16 October 2026, the letters are placed from left to right on a line, without a space for each letter.
Patterns to continue
A pattern shows a few pictures that follow each other by a rule, then empty spaces. The child places the pictures that continue the sequence. The whole pattern is printed on the back of the board, for the child to check alone.
Why boards
These activities existed as worksheets to cut out. The child cut and glued, and the sheet was used only once. As boards, the same materials can be laminated and used all year, in a group workshop as well as independently. Only the cutting lines are dotted, to show where the scissors go.
